All of our TV panels are crafted from 18mm thick, sustainably sourced melamine-faced chipboard for durability and a premium finish.

Standard Slat Panels

• Overall thickness of 22mm.
• Only available in 2400mm height.
• Constructed with 12mm thick MDF, featuring a single-sided real wood veneer bonded to the face.

Shipping & Returns

Standard Products

• Dispatched within 3 working days of ordering.
• Typically delivered within two to three days (delivery may take longer for remote areas).

Made-to-Order Products

• Dispatched within three weeks of placing an order.
• If you order a media wall bundle or multiple products, they may arrive in separate deliveries, as some items are shipped from different warehouses.
• All TV units and TV panels are made to order.

Booking Installers

We recommend waiting until your products have arrived before booking an installer to ensure everything has been received correctly.

Returns

• Standard products can be returned but must be in their original packaging.
• Made-to-order products cannot be returned, as they are manufactured to your specifications.
• Refunds are processed within three working days after the returned items are received and inspected.
• Courier fees for returns vary based on the product and quantity being returned.
